IndusInd Bank - Branch Manager

The position will be responsible for proficiently handling all the activities of the Branch with strong leadership skills and service orientation.

Detailed Responsibilities

- Focus on business development to sustain and achieve growth in relationship value, revenues & improved client stickiness.

- Customer Service Delivery & Operations management to be key deliverables.

- Sales Management

- Service Management

- Brand Management

- Audit & Compliance

- Ensuring all Banking and Financial requirements of the Client are met resulting in growth of Client portfolio and relationship with the Bank

Job Requirement

- Current/Prior experience in handling the activities of a branch

- Good exposure and knowledge of full suite of products offered by Consumer Bank (CASA, FD, Insurance, Investments)

- Good degree of familiarity with Branch Operations/processes

- Good experience of working in Odisha market

- Strong target & deadline orientation with third party management skills

- Graduate / Post Graduate with AMFI / IRDA certification
