Job Purpose: Individual will be part of SME Banking at IndusInd Bank. The individual will work closely with the senior leadership team of the Bank in defining short term and long term business strategy for the unit. Job Requirements: - Data driven business strategies for upselling and cross selling of various asset products across Consumer banking - Analytics would involve Financial analytics, Consumer analytics, Risk analytics and Sales & Marketing analytics - Help develop new initiatives/products by analysing competitive landscape and bank's strengths. - Support in long term strategic planning, annual business planning and reviews for the business - Support in representation of consumer assets- performance to shareholders and investors by the management team Skills Required: - Strong analytical skills, problem solving ability, detail orientation & interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Power point)
