- Data driven business strategies for upselling and cross selling of various asset products across Consumer banking
- Analytics would involve Financial analytics, Consumer analytics, Risk analytics and Sales & Marketing analytics
- Help develop new initiatives/products by analysing competitive landscape and bank's strengths.
- Support in long term strategic planning, annual business planning and reviews for the business
- Support in representation of consumer assets- performance to shareholders and investors by the management team
KPIs :
- Monitoring Portfolio Management Activities - Tracking top clients on various parameters such as limits, risk, engagement
- Campaign Management - Opening new channels for distribution for Branch led sourcing and Open Market
- Data Process and Business Understanding of SME Segment - Develop sound knowledge of various activities and reports pertaining to SME department
- Enabling Relationship Managers - Develop tools and reports to create enablers for RMs for better portfolio and acquisition management
