IndusInd Bank - Acquisition Head - NR Business

Key responsibilities:

- To Drive acquisition of NR customers through a team of NR - Acquisition RMs.

- To Deliver NR NTB number and NR book growth against budgets.

- To Mentor, train and motivate the team

- To tie up with Immigration Consultants, Chartered Accountants, PIS, Corporate Salary through sourcing from IT/ITES etc for NR NTB

Work experience : Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Financial Industry, with minimum 3 years of leadership. NR exposure or Corporate salary exposure will be preferred.

- Multi-tasking with crisis management capabilities.
