IndusGroup - HR Business Partner - Last Mile Logistics Vertical

- Defining, building and executing activities for building a pipeline for driver cum delivery executive for last mile delivery operations - Media Ad, BTL activities, cold calling, tie up with manpower agencies.

- Good understanding of day to day operations of 3PL logistics / city logistics / last mile operations hiring need in e-commerce is a must.

- Conducting interviews and shortlisting candidates as per each client process -FK, BB, Udaan etc.

- On boarding of hired candidates - Giving joining letter, collecting documents & entering information in the system for each joinee.

- Coordinate with operations for all matters related to hiring.

- Conducting background verification, performance appraisals of the team.

- Analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and process improvement.

- Must Have experience handling teams.

Basic Qualifications & Requirements:

- Proven record in Talent acquisition/recruitment, resource management skills, attention to detail and good organizational skills in Ecommerce segment is an added advantage

- Bachelor's degree and MBA added advantage

- Experience - 5+ years

- Knowledge of Regional Language is a must

- Should be able to handle dynamic start up environment for ecommerce logistics segment

Preferred Qualifications: Successful track record in the e-commerce industry / Logistics/ Supply Chain consulting in Ecommerce sector is preferred.
