Detailed Job Description.:

- Managing last mile delivery operations

- Develop last mile delivery infrastructure basis SLA with clients.

- Analysis of the data to identify bottlenecks and take corrective measures.

- Perform sales activities to gain market share with government and institutional clients.

- Develop new institutional customers like E-Com players, 3PL, passenger mobility, etc.

- Coordinating with agencies (Advertising, Media, PR and Events) on organizing customer meets and participating in trade exhibitions.

- Developing category strategies / go-to-market standards to support commercial sell-in of new products and existing portfolio, undertaking best practice category management.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience.
