IndusFresh - Manager/Senior Manager - Accounts

Job Details:

- Finalization of books of account and the financial statements on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

- Tax planning considering statutory compliances

- Identify potential areas of cost saving and implement process to reap the benefits

- Preparation of weekly/monthly/Annual Budgeting Cash-flow, Fund-flow, Project Profitability, and variance analysis

- Implementation and preparation of periodical MIS Reports

- Quarterly, 6 monthly and annual financials and reports as per requirement

- Conducting Statutory Audit and Internal Audit

- Overseeing accounts, ledgers and reporting systems as per compliance of Indian Accounting Standards and Tax requirements

- Formulate and implement SOP's and monitor on continuous basis

- Upholding seamless relationship with external consultants including internal and statutory auditors

- Maintaining cordial relationship with various statutory authorities / departments viz, GST, Income Tax, ROC for compliances and assessments

- Interact / Coordinate with external vendors / suppliers

- 360 degree view of the business with multi-directional overview
