Position Title: Manager/AM – Learning & Development

Company: Indus Towers Ltd.

Location: Gurgaon

Reports to: Head – L&D

Position Summary

- To develop solutions which will enable employees to increase & enhance their skills, leading to their growth & that of the organization

Specific Responsibilities

- Implement & administer the L&D Calendar for fulfilling training needs identified during Appraisal

- Design & Introduction of new programs through the L&D Calendar to maximize breadth & variety of offerings

- Monitor delivery of quality inputs through a network of competent vendors through an effective feedback management system

- Oversee training effectiveness & embedding of the learning’s within the organization

- Support business priorities by facilitating stakeholders in identifying key concern areas and working with them to provide customized learning inputs

- Qualifications & Experience

- Increase & Enhance Functional capability through interventions & creation of modules

- Developing interventions & modules for easy access to functional knowledge

- Introduction & monitoring roll out of a Sectoral Induction to enable employees to hit the ground. Facilitate Training Sessions

- Facilitate development of Human Capital through introduction of mechanisms for developing human capital

- Focusing on key themes, identified by top leadership, and driving interventions around these

- Developing & deploying IDPs for employee usage & linkage across HR processes

- Maintain operational efficiency by developing & implementing a rigorous LMS Automation system

- Automation of key L&D processes to maintain rigor in rollouts, ease of operation & availability of information

Desired profile

- MBA

- L&D / HR knowledge - previous experience in a TM or L&D role. 2 - 3 years’ experience in handling the L&D Calendar, content development, managing vendors & related processes

- Result Oriented, Proactive & knowledge of business

- Exposure to Instructional Design, New trends / best practices in L&D
