Purpose - To implement and sustain the Employee Engagement roadmap, enhancing the Employee Engagement levels in the organization and driving Indus Towers towards becoming a
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement Roadmap
- Implementation and sustenance of the Employee Engagement Roadmap
- Mapping Engagement requirement of the organization to the rollout plan
- Managing Employee Engagement Budget
Conducting the Engagement Survey to measure the Employee Engagement Levels at Indus
- Developing the Employee Engagement Survey Plan (Questionnaire, Timelines, Report Structure) with the External Consultant basis the leadership requirements
- Development and implementation of a communication plan to inform and educate employees about the survey
- Project managing the set up preceding the survey to achieve committed timelines
- Monitoring and driving participation during the survey
Creation of Action Plans to enhance Employee Engagement levels and ensuring adherence to the Plans
- Understanding the Survey results from the External Consultants
- Sharing of Results with the Leadership and Circle CEOs
- Conceptualizing the communication plan to share the results with all employees
- Monitoring adherence to the communication plan
- Conceptualizing the nature of Action Planning intervention required basis the scores- the Action Planning is at 3 levels- Enterprise, Circle, Manager
- Finalizing the Action Plans created at various levels/ units
- Monitoring, review and course corrections (if required) of the various Action Plans
- Introduce interventions for specific areas where the Engagement Scores are low
- Stakeholder management- working closely with the Functional/ Circle leaders for continuous engagement focus
Organization Culture management
- Embedding Organization Vision and Values
- Communication, Compliance and Celebrations
- New initiatives and engagement pertaining to Values
Manage New Employee induction for effective transition in the organization
- Managing New Employee induction for the new joiners
- Induction revamp, Managing Buddy Program, Employee handbooks
- New Manager Assimilation
Education - MBA/PGDBM in HR/PM & IR from Tier I institute
Experience – 4-5 years of experience in at least one of the areas like Employee Engagement/ HR Generalist experience. Strong communication skills/ Ability to multi-task, Relationship Management, Stakeholder Management.Project Management, Ability to connect with people
