Roles & Responsibilities : - CA with 4 to 5 years experience preferably with internet, content & new media industry experience - Handling all the Direct and Indirect Taxation matters of the Organisation. - Ensure tax compliance in the organization from time to time including Direct and Indirect tax. - Preparation and filing of Income Tax returns, TDS /TCS returns, and other forms under Income Tax Act as an applicable time to time. - Preparation and Coordination for finalising Income Tax Audit and other audit reports under the Income tax Act & coordination with Tax authorities and BIG FOUR. - Following up and coordinating with CA firms and Advocates for preparation and presentation of Appeals at ITAT and High Court and Preparation of Paper books and supporting evidences - Compliance on various international tax matters of the Group, regarding foreign remittances and TDS thereon, filing of Form 15CA and other matters. - Review & coordinate with respective teams in case of any queries related to taxes charged/deducted on invoices. - Calculations and payment of Advance Tax, Self Assessment Tax and other tax payment. - Preparation and filing of various GST Returns as applicable and also preparation and coordination for GST Audit. - GL structuring in sync with the Direct & Indirect Tax laws of the country. - Preparation of MIS schedules related to TDS, GST & Income Tax - Reconciliations and other data preparation as and when required for GST, Income Tax, TDS assessments. - Preparation of Cashflows and forecasting on timely basis. - Preparation of P/L and Bal sheet flux analysis of expenses & provision of expenses on monthly basis. - Preparation of data for share valuation.
