Head-Human Resources - Product companies only What you'll be doing: - The position is responsible for overall strategy formulation and management of HR and Facilities. - Build, lead and mentor a result-oriented HR function, including organization structure, employee relations, employee communications, talent management, recruitment and retention, compensation, benefit plans, employee training, environmental health and safety, on boarding, and employee review process. - Act as a business partner to the executive team and departmental managers, providing coaching, counselling and support as needed on HR matters. - Participate in business planning processes and ensure that all HR programs and policies are aligned with organizational goals and priorities in support of the organization mission. - Evaluate, and change as warranted, compensation and benefits with a goal of providing progressive compensation and benefits that attract, retain and motivate the best talent. - Drive employee and management discussions to ensure optimum organizational design and succession planning. - Implement best practices to ensure that the organisation remains a great place to work for our team. - Maintain and adapt company culture as company grows. - Promote a positive work environment and ensure employee relations issues are effectively addressed in a timely manner. - Create, implement and oversee processes, procedures, best practices and documentation to support and ensure legal compliance for all requirements and regulations related to employment, benefits, compensation, etc. What we're looking for: - MBA with a specialisation in Human Resource from a premier B-School such as IIM, XLRI etc. - A relevant experience of 10+ years in the field of HR. - Strategic thinker & high result oriented. - Good Analytical Ability along with strong HR concepts and process orientation. - Leadership & good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization. - Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
