This is an all-encompassing HR role with responsibilities across talent acquisition, talent management, people analytics, policy design, and other related areas. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Campus Talent Acquisition Efforts Liaison with top tier colleges, negotiate competitive slots, manage testing & interviewing operations, build ongoing relationship & presence at campuses, own & enhance related content (tests, cases, presentations, etc), perform ongoing hiring analytics - Lead Experienced Hiring Completely own and drive all efforts into hiring experienced talent. This includes running multiple (online & offline) channels, managing funnel, coordinating testing & interviewing, comparing channel efficacy, etc. - People Management and Analytics Track employee performance reviews, coordinate with delivery managers, manage skill inventory, manage appraisal meetings, drive ongoing employee reviews, perform people analytics and trend reporting - Candidate Brand Management Ensure that we are seen as a top choice for analytics talent. This includes monitoring & managing reviews on online forums, updating website & other digital channels, developing ongoing engagement with top campuses, etc Requirements: 1. 1-3 years of relevant work experience 2. Candidates need to either have an MBA in HR from a top 15 institution (e.g. XLRI, MDI, Symbiosis, etc) or an undergrad in Organizational Behavior (or similar course) from a top tier undergrad program (e.g. Psychology Major in Organizational Behavior from SRCC) 3. Superior communication skills in English is a must (both verbal and written) 4.
