Associate MD's Office

As an associate, your role will be to run day to day operations for the company including supporting the MD and the extended team with projects including but not limited to building operational plans, generating market research and insights, creating proposals for prospective clients, managing the company's brand presence on online and offline mediums and other administrative tasks for the MD to ensure smooth functioning of the office

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist the MD in developing and implementing the company's strategic plans and goals

- Conduct regular market research and analysis to keep the MD up to date with the latest trends and happenings in the industry

- Prepare and review reports and company collateral in Presentation / Word / Excel formats to be used as pitch material for prospective customers

- Assist in setting up meetings with key stakeholders or prospective customers

- Create a strong online and offline presence for the company

- Serve as a point of contact for all communications to and from the company, assist the MD in chalking out weekly / monthly plans

- Day to day administrative tasks

Ideal Profile:

- 2-5 years of work experience

- MBA Finance / Graduate in Commerce / Economics Honours from Tier 1 / 2 colleges preferred

- Ability to handle multiple unrelated tasks simultaneously

- Prior project management experience will be a plus

- Excellent written and verbal communication
