Position Title - Premium Sales Consultant

Department - Sales

Reporting to - Premium Sales Manager

Preferably - Graduate/PG with 5+ years of experience in Automobile premium vehicle sales

- Should possess good knowledge and understanding

- Educational Qualification & Experience in automotive technologies

- Should be tech Savvy and conversant with digital tools

Overview of the Role:

- The Premium Sales Consultant is responsible for selling premium vehicles with the objective of achieving Volume and Customer Satisfaction standards. Assist customers in determining vehicle needs and completing financing and paperwork, wherever applicable. Build customer loyalty and increase

Customer Satisfaction through professionalism, trustworthiness, sincerity, a positive attitude and a business-like appearance in every customer touch point.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure Sales and superlative customer experience for the premium customers by following the right Sales process (inc. experiential test drive), explaining all the premium and differentiated features of the vehicle, pitching of right accessories / customization and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key tasks would be:

- Greets all customers promptly; provides timely professional service

- Completes Customer Records (on Sales Genie App) promptly and accurately, Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, resolving customer concerns, and sells additional services when appropriate

- Follows the Sales Process defined while interacting with customers (Hi5, SANKALP 2.0)

- Sells accessories/ customization by understanding the need of customer and pitching appropriately

- Sells Insurance and Finance products

- Uses all digital aids effectively in customer interaction to drive a superior customer experience (7, 10 tab, BSH, TDAA, Sales Genie)

- Effectively prospects by phone, mail, e-mail and face-to-face

- Is accurate and timely in completing paperwork and assigned tasks

- Delivers vehicle to customers in a positive and memorable way

- Identifies repeat customers and treats them accordingly

- Calculates and tracks progress of sales and prospect goals and sales deals

- Maintains composure and courtesy in dealing with customers and fellow employees e Maintains an effective customer contact system that encourages new, repeat, and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction

- Keeps up-to-date on Mahindra products and competitor products

- Tracks competition performance for his assigned territory LC)

Experience and Sills Required:


- Young, dynamic & passionate person who has an experience of working at a leadership role, preferably from Automobile industry

- Can lead a team of smart premium SCs as well as versed with operational level of work

- Should be tech Savvy and conversant with digital tools

- Able to explain all the features of premium vehicle with ease and confidence

- Connect and engage very effectively with customers (if need arise)

- Should possess good knowledge and understanding of automotive technologies
