- Manage overall sales function in order to maximize sales, volumes &amp; revenues for delivering the organizational objectives. - Develop and derive credibility &amp; long term relationship with customers in the assigned area, to fulfill short &amp; long term sales objectives. - To negotiate contracts &amp; prices within the limits of sales plan and sales policy. - Gain &amp; maintain market information and knowledge in order to maintain the targeted market share in all assigned product categories. - Handle on-premise and off-premise sales of the state of Goa. - Build and maintain relationship with all external stakeholders- distributors, outlets owners and government executives. - Achieve budgeted sales volumes &amp; collections by the multi-brand dealers, negotiating sales, credit control, providing primary &amp; secondary sales schemes, new product launches &amp; creating consumer pull. &nbsp;- Maximize business goals and revenue by advancing sales channels, implementing distribution and pricing strategies, identifying key adjacent markets, and using emerging channels.
