Must Haves for a suitable profile : 1. Commercial leasing experience (Office space, industrial) - must be well aware of the leasing process. 2. Experience of closing commercial leasing deals in South region. Core Responsibilities : 1. To contribute to a strong leasing pipeline for all IndoSpace projects in the respective regions. 2. Responsible for closing the deals with Regional VPs, support them in the process of negotiating and closing leasing transactions & coordinate for end to end transactions of leasing with client and HO team. 3. Completion of all the legal formalities to register leases. 4. Review and coordinate with internal team for the finalisation of the costing and design as per RFP. 5. Create and Maintain all the deal summaries for the submission of LOI /ATL / LD and approvals. 6. Coordinate with Techno Commercial team to provide the client related information which requires for RFP / Tender / New deals / existing client requirements.
