Position/Designation : Manager - Project Controls & Planning

Function/Reports to : DGM - Projects Controls & Planning

Location : Mumbai

Experience (In yrs) : 4-8 Yrs.

Specific Experience (Industry, Company, Function etc.) : Developer/Project Management Consultant / Contractors of repute.

Gender (M/F) : No such preference.

Basic Qualification : B.E. (Civil) is must.

Professional Qualification : PG in Construction Management (NICMAR or reputed Institute) is Must.

Technical Qualification (Critical) :

- ERP/SAP

- MS Project (Primavera latest version Knowledge Preferable)

Skills (Critical) :

- Practical experience of MS Project and/or Primavera application.

- Practical experience of SAP/ERP.

- Experience related to Industrial/Big commercial/PEB project/mix of industry (not only from residential projects).

- Project Planning & scheduling, Budget preparation and control, MIS, Delay analysis & Catchup Schedule.

Job Responsibilities - 

- Preparation and updating/controlling budgets.

- Preparation and updating of cash-flow statements.

- Preparing budgets Actual & Workout cost to complete

- Planning, scheduling, and tracking in Microsoft Project.

- Providing resource deployment chart.

- Providing acceleration schedules.

- Performing gap analysis from site progress report.

- Coordination and follow up with various departments on critical issues.

- Progress Reporting.

- Conduct Site visits to verify progress & identify/escalate critical issues.

- ERP Management & report generation.
