IndoSpace - Analyst - Investment

Core Responsibilities :

- Evaluate investment opportunities (land and ready industrial and warehousing assets)

- Responsible for Financial Analysis and to develop and maintain detailed financial models for real estate investments

- Working around sets of assumptions to create various financial scenarios

- Market assessment and feasibility analysis

- Conducting Commercial and Legal Due Diligence.

- Assisting/coordinating the entire deal process including various due diligences, preparing IC Memos, deal documentation etc.

- Maintaining strong relationships with key internal constituents (including the legal and compliance team, leasing team, project management team and the accounts team)

Desired Profile :

Proficient in developing financial models.

Familiarity with domestic real estate sector funds or financial institutions.

Requires a CA or MBA in Finance with 2 to 5 years of experience.
