Job Description :

As the CFO of Indocan Digital Inc., you will be a strategic partner to the executive team, driving financial strategies that fuel our growth. Your extensive financial expertise will be instrumental in ensuring our financial stability and steering the company towards further success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team, contributing to the development and execution of our business strategies.

- Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes to support informed decision-making and drive business growth.

- Oversee capital management, optimizing the allocation of financial resources and managing risks effectively.

- Direct financial accounting, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and regulations.

- Cultivate relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to strengthen our financial position.

- Monitor industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes, and translate them into strategic financial recommendations.

- Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and controls to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. MBA or CPA designation is essential.

- A minimum of 18 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, with at least 5 years as a CFO or equivalent.

- Proven success in financial strategy development and execution, preferably within the technology sector.

- Exceptional understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting principles.

- In-depth knowledge of international accounting standards and regulations.

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
