Primary Focus of the role

- Manage Digital Business model consist of demand generation to conversion.

- Lead complete eco system of digital business - Marketing Automation Tools, Call Centre, Lead Gen management - Lead Square, Platform management - Magento.

- Evaluate & collaborate with E-com, Modern Trade & leading platforms in Home Improvement Space.

- Partner with Distributors, vendors, and internal stakeholders like SCM, Operation, Service & Mktg.

- Data Analysis and monitor trends for agile digital business strategy.

- Responsible for revenue generation through emerging channels and ROI targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

E-Shop

- Lead the D2C platform - Legrand E-Shop. Business & Technical understanding of brand's E-shop.

- Manage Magento platform development. Work on UI/ UX topic.

- Manage complete ecosystem of E-shop - Development, Operation to CX.

- Partner with internal stakeholders - Supply chain, Product Team, CRM, finance.

- Partner with Channel Partners & Distributors. Conduct Seller training.

- Partner with External stakeholders - Logistic partners, Agencies & Conversion partners.

Digital Business & Emerging Channels:

- Build roadmap of digital business and emerging channels

- Build partnership with external E-com Sites / Marketplace, Modern Trade and leading digital platforms / start-ups under home improvement space for revenue generation / brand presence.

- Build right mix of Web Leads, E-com Listing, Collaboration & own E-store.

- Monitor and build strategic input on pricing on own e-shop and external listing.

Content Planning Marketing & E-store Management:

- Development of content for E-Store and external platforms / portals.

- Manage content flow in less clicks. Page personalization.

- Develop content and listing plan in line with current trend and company offerings.

- Keep digital assets and E-com portals upto date and new with latest content.

Data Analysis & Product Listing:

- Monitor competition products and pricing to strategize listing plan.

- Monitor periodical performance of brand on digital universe, social media channels, traffic on e-com platforms.

- Analysis of customer journey and conversions to give consistent Input for strategy.

- Update organization with recent trends in the industry.

- Understanding of analytic and intelligence tools.

- Manage analytical tools - Google / Adobe

Qualifications, Experience and Role Specific Knowledge/ Skills

- Experience: 7-9 years of experience preferably from Electrical, Technology and Home improvement sector.

- Mix experience of agency and client is added advantage.

- This role will perform responsibilities in collaboration with panelled digital agencies as per their scope

and expertise. Hence experience of managing agencies is must.

- Home improvement category experience is preferred.

- Qualification : MBA / Certification in Digital Marketing / Digital Business / E-com

- Proficiency : Digital Business

- Skills : Platform Management - Magento Preferred (not mandatory), Content Planning, E-com and Technical aspect, drafting business partnership proposal
