Brand Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

1. To work as a part of the GTM strategy team for the development of business, for both long term and short-term growth

2. Strategize and plan visibility of the brand in multiple avenues, both offline and online

3. Drive brand-building initiatives to achieve Reach and Relevance targets

4. Engage with PR agency and internal teams to drive public relations initiatives and ensure proper execution

5. Engage with influencers and KOLs to drive positive sentiment of the brand in the market

6. Planning of product campaigns to augment the impact of marketing by designing visibility/media plans.

7. Help achieve margin targets and improve sales through marketing and brand growth

8. Boost metrics such as CTR, GVs and Conversion Rates through strategic and tactical measures

9. Activate more avenues for visibility of the brand by engaging with Platforms, Retailers, Distributors etc.

10. Build the Brand Management team under the marketing vertical.

Qualification:

1. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in brand management in consumer products, preferably in a digital selling environment

2. MBA from Tier-1 or Tier-2 Business School

Preferred Skillset:

1. Strong understanding and passion for brand development and growth

2. Highly analytical approach and ability to create models around strategic initiatives

3. Ability to work in high-pressure situations and highly dynamic environments

4. Strong temperament and ambitious
