Indix is a DaaS product start-up headquartered in Seattle. Indix is building the world's largest cloud catalog - the largest collection of structured product information in the cloud.

At Indix, we're building the world's largest cloud catalog, the single largest source of comprehensive and structured product information. Using the web and partner sites, we collect dynamic product data such as price, promotion, availability, and seller information in addition to normalized catalog data like product identifiers and attributes. Through data science and machine learning, we cleanse and structure the data to make it readily available to businesses.

Even though we're a DaaS company, it's about more than just having the most comprehensive product information out there. It's about enabling our customers to make better decisions, drive innovation, and create new models of commerce.

Job Responsibilities

- Strong academic and technical background

- Good track record in designing and shipping software products over multiple product lifecycles as a Product Manager is required

- Should be from a product company and have direct product management experience in taking products from inception through beta and general availability

- Develop new product features and functionality in partnership with Engineering; write requirements that accurately translate into design documents and validation plans

- Provide customer use-case examples to engineering and act as the primary bridge between customer feedback/requirements and engineering

- Drive resolution of customer satisfaction issues

- Experience as a product manager for SaaS products is a plus

- Experience as a product manager for Search or API products is a plus

- Provide customer feedback and market intelligence to product team to guide product roadmap

- Work closely with customer success, marketing and business development teams

- Provide key product positioning and product content to enable sales, marketing, and customer success on the released products

- Provide thought leadership by monitoring industry and technology trends

- Act as a key spokesperson for the product to customers, partners and at public speaking engagements and strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements.

- Well-developed interpersonal skills and professional demeanor

- Excellent presentation, negotiation and demonstration skills
