Indium Software - Team Lead - Quality Assurance

- Analytical, strategic approach and problem-solving ability.

- Good knowledge in statistical analysis.

- Is responsible for implementing quality processes and procedures across all projects.

- Fair Knowledge about digital technology development process

- Governing BCMS across all divisions

- Strong knowledge about process definitions

- Experience in Customer RFP support

- Continuously monitor the performance of the project.

- Analysis of Data collected across all projects.

- Govern and conduct periodical audits and closure of Non-compliances.

- Provide Training or awareness about quality process

- Performance metrics collection and consolidation for benchmarking

- Adhere to assigned activities

- Preparation of Audit dashboard & analysis.

- Governance of metrics dashboard and internal team collaboration for the effective output.

Required:

- BE/MSC degree with minimum of 7 years of experience in Management/ Quality assurance/ Process control.

- Certified - ISO QMS Lead Auditor and ISMS Lead Auditor

- Six Sigma Certification is added advantage

- Excellent oral and written communication skill

- Expert in Ms.office package with macros knowledge is considered as an advantage

- Strong knowledge of STLC & SDLC.
