L&D Specialist
Job Description :
- Gather training needs and develop training calendar for each quarter
- Arrange internal and external trainings by working with the various stakeholders . Facilitate the trainings , conduct feedback surveys and take actions for improvement
- Engage with external vendors including Purchase Orders , seeking relevant approvals and liaison with finance team to make payments
- Facilitate monthly Webinars
- Drive certification and upskilling programs
- Purchase and tracking of e-learning subscriptions
- Share the monthly L&D spend with finance
- Publish weekly dashboards and training metrics
- Minimum of 5 yrs work experience and 2 years of relevant experience
- Very good communication skills - non-negotiable.
- Preferable multi-cultured with knowledge of Hindi and one or two Indian languages
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Must be Chennai based or willing to re-locate to Chennai
