Indirect Taxation Role - CA - BFSI

Looking for Qualified CA Female candidates only.

The candidate should be conversant with Service Tax law, wherein he will be required to guide various departments, business functions regarding the applicability of relevant service tax clause wrt the products that they offer.

Must have had firsthand exposure to handling litigation related to service tax.

Will be responsible for making representations to appropriate statutory/regulatory authorities, putting forth the bank's perspective.

Responsible for implementation of new GST framework within the bank, since service tax will be shortly replaced by GST.

Relevant experience of at least 10-12 years, related to handling indirect tax matters, specifically covering service tax.
