KRA :

- To work effectively on critical client issues along with his/her team.

- To be able to Independently manage client accounts.

- He/she will be required to maintain relations within team members and other members of the firm.

- Developing and maintaining relationship with clients and regulatory authority. Also he/she will be a point of escalation for every client issue.

- He/she will be responsible for overall timelines and quality deliverable to the clients.

- Handling the appellate matters of Clients, including drafting of replies to Show Cause Notices, drafting of appeals, attending personal hearing, representing the client before the quasi-judicial authorities.

- Understanding the customer's needs & responding directly to their Indirect Tax queries via e-mail on ongoing basis under the supervision of superiors

- Rendering business advisory services to the clients under the GST & Indirect Taxation Laws in India

- Carrying out comprehensive GST & indirect tax reviews for the clients.

- Providing compliance Services to ensure adherence to provisions of the GST & Indirect Taxation Laws as well as other audit issues.

- Extensive Research on various critical litigative issues.

- Preparation, filing and processing of refund

- Updating clients via e-mail on various legislative developments

Qualification :

- Only qualified CA's for with max 3 attempts.
