- Integration of new franchises basis company SOPs.

- Ensuring coordination with all stakeholders internally & externally

- Meeting timelines for franchise commencement

- Implementation of all policies/software etc.

- Ability to grow and manage franchise business across Pan India.

- Manage the entire franchise after sales process.

- Responsible for all Brand Guidelines to be followed by Franchisee.

- To provide support to the existing Franchises like daily support, marketing support & -coordinate with the corporate office and look after the Franchise needs.

- Set-up franchise.

- Meet compliance requirements.

- Vendor Management

- Make MIS reports
