The Company is in the business of managing operating projects in the space of core infrastructure viz toll roads, highways, bridges. It owns and manages multiple projects across India by way of individual operating companies on PPP basis. The company is promoted and backed by strong pedigree of sponsor developer and long term international investors. Company has invested over Rs 10,000 crore in such assets with intention to further invest and grow the platform.

Principle Accountabilities

- Manage all aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to executive team.

- Oversee SAP project to provide metrics for reporting to executive team on business case ROI.

- Provide Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) on selected business processes to assemble input into business case.

- Identify, analyze and recommend business systems solutions to management having broad business impact.

- Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.

- Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.

- Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback.

- Motivate work of others outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.

- Convey and report status to executives, global business partners and all other key stakeholders.

- Present formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management to provide recommendations and status updates.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

- Ensure resource availability and allocation

- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

- Report and escalate to management as needed

- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks

- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Key Responsibilities -

- Support for SAP all modules to Indinfravit Service Ltd

- New implementation of SAP for new business/Projects , Access Controls,

- Implementation of new business technologies for infra sector

- Impart Training sessions for end users when and where required.

- Catalyst between business and IT to develop the new requirements in project management.

- Project life cycle, development life cycle and development strategy

- Application design for data security and integrity

- Preparing schedule and timeline for project

- Leadership and Project Management

- Varied and diverse technical knowledge

- Exposure to quality assurance practices

- Proven track record of tracking and analysis of Change Request and Change Management

- Prototyping experience

- Good knowledge of SQL, database design, Application Architecture and design

- Technology environment evaluation across process stages

- Collaboration framework

- Understanding of project mgmt. tools such as MS Project, MS Excel, JIRA etc.

- Experience of handling multiple projects and multi-client environment

- Experience in project and solution management

- AS-IS, TO-BE, FRS, SRS and application design document and peer review

- Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies

- Client interaction , stakeholder management and team leadership traits

- Ability to work on release tools & version control

- Software performance & efficiency management

- Limited experience in data Analytics

- Exposure to cloud technology (Architecture, Deployment and Migration)

- Implementation of software development especially in e-Governance Projects.

- Experience Conceptualization, designing, documentation of e-governance projects.

- Defining and validating technical requirements, architectural designing, and documentation of software applications.

- Establishing traceability between requirements and application architecture/design.

- Create work breakdown structures (WBS) or Sprints and collate estimates from all relevant teams, and create schedules based on estimates and department/business needs.

- Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, plan and execute them in timely manner.

- Communicates with all levels of organization, internal, cross-functional and external, and keeps record

- Provide support in infrastructure sizing.

- Assist department in techno-functional evaluation of vendors.

- Drive project management process improvement initiatives, enhancing existing templates or creating new templates, mentoring peers and new employees in organizational processes and standards

- Ensure knowledge upgradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is latest and meets quality standards and the client requirements

- Well-versed with IT industry best practices of project development and quality software solutions and proven track record of implementing best practices

- Well-versed with all the aspects of software testing like load testing , performance, VAPT, functional etc. through manual / automated manner.

- Knowledge pertaining to deployment, training, and managed operation

- Experience of database architecture, application architecture, SQL and procedures

- Knowledge of QA processes and software security processes

Desired Knowledge, Skills&Experience

- Minimum 10 years' experience in managing appplications development field out of which at least 7 years' experience as Project Manager /Technical Manager/ Delivery Head

- Work experience must span over 3-4 years for IT/eGovernance Project/Assignmen, Strong technology background including experience in solution architecture, technology architecture, database design and software application design. Management skills, including project management capabilities.

- Should have successfully implemented Country / State level e-Governance Projects

- Should have lead software development team of size at least 10-12 personnel.

- Experience in development and integration of cross technology based solutions like Web & Workflows, Enterprise Mobility, GIS, IoT etc.

- PMP / Prince-2 Certification will be a added advantage

- Well-versed with standards of CMMi Level - 3 or higher

- Should be proficient in project management, bug/issue tracking, versioning related tools & technologies.
