UX Lead / UX Consultant Job Description: - As a key lead member of the UX Design team, you will be responsible for having an eye for clean design, have UI skills, and be able to translate requirements to user journeys, wireframes into well-designed, intuitive, and functional user interfaces for our apps. - Excellent UI and visual design skills with a focus on user interface. - Collaborate with other team members and lead junior to senior members of our team on the creation of UX Design solutions for our products. - Conceptualize ideas that bring user friendliness to complex design challenges. - Work with UX and other designers to support the creation of design mockups, wireframes, storyboards and user journeys for Digital Marketplaces - Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and Stakeholders. - Proven UI/UX Experience and end2end design led projects with UX, PM's, Product and Engineering teams. - Lead rapid product design explorations by creating new designs, including user flows, wireframes, mockups, and/or prototypes in partnership with team leads. - Iterate on designs based on feedback from clients and stakeholders that help guide the teams creative and design strategy. - Rationalize and justify design work and advocate for all types of user's needs - Data driven to quantify the design work and informed decisions based on user behavior and data analytics tools. - Build excellent relationships with UX, PM's, Product, Engineering and other partners, working cross-functionally to develop insights that contribute to a user-centered product vision. - Be comfortable exploring a spectrum of potential solutions to new, emerging technical capabilities. - Ability to conduct and facilitate user testing sessions, focus groups and other research initiatives to help validate design concepts and build designs that Users will love - Passionate to solve real world User problems and eventually build journeys which Users love and which translate into business.
