IndiGo - Senior Manager - Direct Taxation - CA

Job Description;

- Computation and deposit of advance tax liability.

- Compilation and filing of Statement of Financial Transaction (SFT).

- Computation of Current tax and deferred tax provision.

- Assistance in the process of Tax Audit and filing thereof.

- Filing of Corporate Tax Return and other connected forms.

- Transfer pricing related compliances such as Transfer Pricing Study, Transfer Pricing certificate in 3CEB etc.

- Review of agreements and advising tax implications as well as ideal tax clause.

- Determining applicable tax withholding on international payments keeping in view the provisions of Tax Treaty.

- Responding to various tax notices and other summon/inquiry notices.

- Managing various tax proceedings - assessment, re-assessment, TDS verification etc.

- Filing of appeal before Commissioner (Appeals), rectification applications, stay petitions etc.

- Follow up with tax authorities for appeal effects, refunds etc.

Education & Experience - CA with 8 to 15 years of relevant experience
