- Selling through a large network of 13000 plus dealers


Job Description :


- Will be responsible for Supervision of few depots in South.


- Responsible for driving the sales and collection of assigned areas


- Supervising existing Sales team and building additional sales force.


- Responsible for monitoring dealer schemes within allotted budgets.


- Inventory monitoring & Depot management.


Candidate Profile :


- Overall experience in Sales 15 years plus.


- Minimum 4 to 5 years experiences in Sales function in paint trade. (Not Mandatory)


- Should have experience in Telecom / FMCG / Consumer goods(Pidilite/Marico/Dabur/Parle)


- Minimum 8 to 12 years at supervisory level handling team.


- Should have worked in multiple parts of the country


- Should have good communication skills,


- Be self-motivated, target/result oriented.


- MBA from reputed institute (IIMs/XLRI/FMS/XIMB/SIBM/IMT Ghaz/NMIMS)


Minimum Experience : 10 years


Maximum Experience : 15 years

Area of operation States covered : AP, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala & Tamil Nadu [Language proficiency

(Malayalam)]


Annual Sales : Rs. 325 crs approx
