Indigo iStrat - AVP/VP - Client Servicing & Strategy

Job Profile/Description :

- This is a senior management role at Indigo iStrat involving Growth Leadership of the organization towards making it one of the leading digital agencies of the world.

- As a Business Unit Head, you will lead the Digital Strategy and be responsible for the success of some of Indigo iStrat key relationships, as well as in leading acquisition of new clients.

The role entails :

- Understanding Clients business and driving Digital Strategy and campaigns

- Acquiring new business through winning strategies and relationship building

- Growth of your Business Unit and the company through achievement of revenue targets

- Understanding of the latest enterprise web platforms

Role :

Digital Strategy & Client Counseling :

- Develop digital strategies for clients. This spans all their digital marketing requirements including websites, Search, Earned & Paid Media, Mobile, digital OOH etc.

- Understand clients' business and domain challenges and provide strategic direction for their digital needs

- Analyze and understand the client mandates in terms of their business objectives

- Research and keep current on emerging online trends and best practices specific to digital media and counsel and recommend to clients as appropriate.

- Have knowledge of digital media measurements and be able to analyze key trends on the digital initiatives undertaken.

Relationship Management & Growth :

- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth with existing clients

- Inspire & Maintain confidence of clients as the best partner for delivering digital success through periodic reviews and measurement.

Team Leadership & Mentoring :

- Oversee and guide team of planners and account managers in their day-to-day activities

- Conduct workshops, organize training programs, help develop teams skills to take on greater responsibilities.
