1. Digital Strategy & Client Counseling
- Develop digital strategies for clients. This spans all their digital marketing requirements including websites, Search, Earned & Paid Media, Mobile, digital OOH etc.
- Understand clients' business and domain challenges and provide strategic direction for their digital needs
- Analyze and understand the client mandates in terms of their business objectives
- Research and keep current on emerging online trends and best practices specific to digital media and counsel and recommend to clients as appropriate.
- Have knowledge of digital media measurements and be able to analyze key trends on the digital initiatives undertaken.
2. Relationship Management & Growth
- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth with existing clients
- Inspire & Maintain the confidence of clients as the best partner for delivering digital ssuccess through periodic reviews and measurement.
3. Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Oversee and guide team of planners and account managers in their day-to-day activities
- Conduct workshops, organise training programs, help develop team's skills to take on greater responsibilities
Desired Profile:
- MBA with at least 10 years experience in marketing functions, of which AT LEAST 6 yrs experience in a similar role (digital agency/client side), ideally having had previous exposure to major brands.
- Excellent Communication Skills -written/oral/presentation. Must be able to talk digital to clients
- Passion for Internet/Digital -heavy user
- Demonstrable record of developing successful digital strategies across channels/devices - portfolio of campaigns/successes.
- Excellent relationship skills
- Track record of leadership and team mentoring.
- P&L Experience would be a huge advantage.
