- Should be from business solutions, technology assets/platforms, Media & Channel planning and ROI background.

- Digital first experience, preferably a digital native.

- 8-12 years of experience in business solutions and communication strategy.

- Preferably from integrated solutions and marketing consulting agencies.

- Experience of managing annual and long-term mandates for big clients.

- A proven track record of partnering large brands in driving their mandate on digital.

- Understands analytics, data and comfortable with reporting and analysis across multiple digital channels.

- Strong experience in overall consumer planning, channel planning and integrated digital campaigns.

- Demonstrable record of developing successful digital strategies across channels/devices - portfolio of campaigns/successes.

- Strong track record of leadership and team mentoring.

- Excellent Consumer research skills.

- Excellent Communication Skills -written/oral/presentation.
