Background to the role

Looking for a Techno Commercial profile with prior experience in managing Flight Operations vertical in a large airline or IT delivery specialist who can lead delivery as part of Business IT Team with prior experience / understanding of Flight Operations in Airlines industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Business Engagement Manager with skills required.

- Expertise on Flight Planning, Training, Electronic Flight Bag, Techlog , Pilot Processes and knowledge on Operations control center

- Flight Safety solutions and understanding on Breath Analyzer process and Aircraft data transfer technology like WEFA and FOMAX will be added advantage.

- Should be able to get adoption of tools in system via creating strategies.

- Identifying opportunities within the system

- Manage capability and processes with the system and team.

- Mentoring skills and great people manager

- Should have experience more than 15+

- Gen AI knowledge and to integrate with in Flight Operations systems

- Should be able to manage Business - RFP, Contracts, supplier evaluation / business case preparation/providing Solutions.

- Project management for large project/Managing internal and external teams.

- Excellent Project Management Skills

- Should be able to manage Sr. Business Leadership and should be SME on the business processes.

- Suggest & implement process improvement and optimization opportunities.

- He will be responsible for implementing and managing the change request process. He/she will ensure that any changes to the scope / requirements baseline should be managed while balancing business and technology workload and delivery timelines.

- Candidate should be responsible for building high level estimates and timelines in coordination with business and technology team and secure sign offs on these estimates by all relevant stakeholders.

- He/She needs to develop a thorough understanding of the business domain assigned to and also end to end processes and associated workflows.

- He/she will be responsible for assigning priorities to IT projects and work with the business on behalf of IT to conceptualize the solution for development by the IT team supported by business.

- The solution manager needs to ensure that solution is scoped correctly and translated into business requirements. He/she needs to also ensure that requirements are managed using standards during entire lifecycle of the project.

- Manage domain specific demand while also balancing if needs and priorities for new

- Manage and organize Portfolio.

- Application baseline should be managed while balancing business and technology workload and delivery timelines.

- Capability to work multiple departments.

- Should be a Multitasker.

- Experienced business analyst with good documentation skill

- SQL basic knowledge

- Coordinate with remote development teams.

- Co-ordinate with different client groups on getting the service rolled out in multiple environments.

- Continuously evaluate the industry best practices and educate customer (swagger specifications for RESTful APIs etc.,)

- Continuously monitor implementing best practices and upgrade

- Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success (realization of business benefit)
