Position Title - Vertical Head - Business Technology - Airport Operations and Customer Service (AOCS) - Airlines - Gurgaon

Work Mode - WFO (All 5 days Mandatory)

Job Location - Gurgaon

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate / Post Graduate ideally as Engineer with relevant Business Technology Experience

- Should have experience more than 15+ years working in similar technologies either directly with Airport Operations / Airlines / Aviation or in Technology companies supporting Airport Operations / Airlines / Aviation.t

Roles & Responsibilities

- Business Engagement Manager with skills required

- Airport Initiatives / Travel Domain experience, PSS experience , Digi Yatra , International station setup, Regulatory Processes

- Airport and Airline Processes like SBD, KIOSK, Security, Boarding, Departure, Arrival, Baggage, RAMP, Security , Mishandling of baggage and Weight n Balance deep knowledge

- Gen AI knowledge and to integrate with in Airport systems

- Should be able to manage Business - RFP, Contracts, supplier evaluation / business case preparation/providing Solutions.

- Project management for large project/ Managing internal and external teams.

- Excellent Project Management Skills

- Should be able to manage Sr. Business Leadership and should be SME on the business processes

- Suggest process improvement and optimization opportunities.

- Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing the change request process.

- He/she will ensure that any changes to the scope / requirements baseline should be managed while balancing business and technology workload and delivery timelines.

- Candidate should be responsible for building high level estimates and timelines in coordination with business and technology team and secure sign offs on these estimates by all relevant stakeholders.

- Manager needs to develop a thorough understanding of the business domain assigned to and also end to end processes and associated workflows

- He/she will be responsible for assigning priorities to IT projects and work with the business on behalf of IT to conceptualise the solution for development by the IT team supported by business

- The solution manager needs to ensure that solution is scoped correctly and translated into business requirements. He/she needs to also ensure that requirements are managed using standards during entire lifecycle of the project

- Manage domain specific demand while also balancing if needs and priorities for new

- Manage Portfolio- baseline should be managed while balancing business and technology workload and delivery timelines

- Capability to handle multiple departments


- Should be a Multitasker


- Experienced business analyst with good documentation skill

- SQL basic knowledge

- People management skill

- Coordinate with remote development teams.

- Co-ordinate with different client groups on getting the service rolled out in multiple environments (SYS/INT/PVS)

- Continuously evaluate the industry best practices and educate customer (swagger specifications for RESTful APIs etc.,)

- Continuously monitor

- The coding standards and best practices and upgrade accordingly- upgrade / create new reusable framework components

- Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success (realization of business benefit)

- Participates in the development of additional consulting opportunities within the customer base
