Work Mode - WFO (All 5 days, Mandatory)

Education - MBA / Diploma in HR & SAP certification will be preferred.

Job Description:

- Good communication skills

- Minimum 8-15 years' experience in HR Shared Services. We are looking for a candidate who has 8+ years of experience in HR Shared Services & Process Automation. Has worked / knowledge of :

- Hands on working experience on Success Factor or any other HRMS system. Preferably done implementation of success factor or any good HRMS.

- Certified SIX SIGMA or similar certificate.

- Excellent data analytics and presentation skills

- Developing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency; Has worked on drafting policies and SOPs & Worked on process revamping. Worked on Operational process improvement project including technology.

- Analyzing data to identify operational trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure successful implementation of initiatives; Coordinate and liaise with HR Partners, TA, and Payroll teams for continuous monitoring of Employee operations costs and reporting.

- Leading projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.

- Preparing reports on operational performance, including benchmarks against industry standards or best practices

- Motivating employees to improve performance by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

- Establishing standards for other departments to follow when processing orders or performing other tasks

- Developing new processes to streamline operations and improve customer service.

- Manage Operational governance. Deliver and ensure Audit and process compliance requirements

- Put an internal audit process in place and track the same. Front end HR audits in coordination with HR leaders/TA/HRP.

- Implement Operational excellence framework and deliver tangible improvements.

- Drive Structured Process improvement implementation and closure.

- Review and monitor Vendor Performance as per contractual SLAs.
