Job Description:
- Collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, preferably using Data Lake/Mart and Business Intelligence tools.
- Gather benchmark data about jobs, compensation, and benefits, leveraging HR systems like SAP Success Factor Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Success Factor Data Sphere.
- Calculate retention, turnover, and internal mobility rates, utilizing advanced proficiency in PowerBI and MS Excel.
- Report on key recruiting metrics such as time to fill and hiring costs, as well as compensation analytics and ranges.
- Forecast HR costs by department and assist in budget creation, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills to transform complex data into actionable insights.
- Analyze employees' responses to internal surveys like 6e Speaks and provide insights to HR leaders and team members.
- Provide advice and support to numerous departments in the organization regarding HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders as necessary and contribute to the broader team, working effectively as a team member.
- Analyze and evaluate HR issues, conducting research and reading data and reports.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, SPSS, and SASS is a plus.
