Indigo 91.9 FM - Executive Assistant & Public Relations Officer To CEO

The role will be required to work across Business Units and gather, derive insights, and collaborate with top-level internal stakeholders to support the CEO in driving the organisation Plan and execution of the same.

- Strategic Initiatives - formulate and deploy the HR road-map, proactive support to CHRO in driving initiatives, identify challenges and provide solutions for the same.

- Project Management - track deliverable, timelines and oversee key projects across the Group.

- Data Analytics & MIS - Support Group CHRO in preparation and review of strategy meets and various planning exercises. Collate business plans and derive metrics & insights pertinent to business. Custodian of business dataand analytics.

- Operational - Provide high-level operational support to CEO, organize and coordinate meetings, draw-up and distribute minutes of the meetings, drafting and finalizing critical internal and external correspondence for the CEO.

-Finesse of writing and good command over English language

- Interest towards PR writing

Academics & Experience:

Degree in management/ journalism or equivalent.Candidates currently residing in Bangalore will be preferred.

Skills :

Analytical and problem solving, MS Excel and Presentation, influencing ability, perseverance, proactive.
