Job Description : Senior Manager/Associate Director-Portfolio Management Industry: A Fin-tech venture funded by the marquee investors Role: Drive AUM growth &amp; profitability from existing customers Location: Gurgaon Reporting to: Vice President- Financial Product Management Team: Oversee a team of 5-8 Relationship Managers with indirect reporting . Role Details: a) Build strategy, plan and implement for organic growth of business from existing SME loan customers. b) Drive and retain AUM from existing customers through various engagement initiatives like a premium customer desk or up-selling and cross-selling. c) Regular interactions with these customers to keep a pulse on the market and launch new financial products or solutions for organic growth. d) Be the strongest voice of our existing customers and push limits of operational excellence. e) Own and deliver the entire success story of driving AUM and profitability from existing customer portfolio.
