Responsibilities :
- Upskilling of team members basis TNI. Drive culture of continuous improvement
- Will lead performance management initiatives for the Sales Function.
- Provide Training and quality support, development of metrics and dashboards in line with stakeholder requirements
- Ability to effectively coordinate with other functions and align for implementing process changes
- Co-create quality management processes to improve quality delivery of Sales team
- Ability to get out of the box ideas and Process Improvement Initiatives in the process
- Should ensure Knowledge consistency through means like calibrations, Knowledge Assessments.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations/engagements effectively
- Translate key function drivers to performance requirements and accordingly identify/design learning interventions that provide greater flexibility of learning options
- Work with L&D Head to define measurement and analysis of learning impact on change in employee behaviour and performance
- Ensure improved learner experience by standardizing all participant guides, program presentations, facilitator guides, and other collateral material for Internal training programs.
Strategic Inputs / Skills Required :
- Overall experience of 5-9 years
- Finance industry experience will be preferred
- Strong communication & facilitation skills
- Thorough knowledge of MS office tools like PowerPoint & excel are critical for the job
- Expertise in Quality & Training domains
- Exposure to evolving Technologies, automation
- Strong analytical skill- ability to work with huge volume of data using statistical tools
- Flexible approach to tackling projects/Good team player
