- Plan and manage promotional campaigns to internal base through channels like SMS, Whatsapp, Email, OBD, Push notifs
- Overlook automation journeys and suggest optimization to reduce cost and improve efficiency of the same
- Optimize and report regular promotional campaign performance to improve efficiency across channels
- Maintain monthly calendar across channels and regularly track funnels
- Coordination with sales to improve conversions, and minimize funnel drops
- Slicing and creating segments from internal base and updating targeted base for increasing lead generation
- Coordination with design, product, and content team to ensure timely execution of promotional and automated campaigns
- Must know the excel functions, has used platforms like moengage, netcore, webengage, and understands funnels
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced environment
Key skills :
- 5-10 years of working experience managing omnichannel marketing and CRM
- Hands on experience in including Whatsapp, OBD, SMS, Whatsapp, OBD, and email marketing campaigns
- Worked and used different content types - static, videos, gifs etc
- Proven experience in working with CRM tools
- Comfortable with using analytics tools like Google analytics, Mixpanel etc
- Responsible, structured and precise work attitude, with great attention to details
- Proactive can-do attitude, problem solving skills and good team player
- Analytical skills are a plus, confident user of Excel/Google sheets, Powerpoint
- Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus.
