Job Purpose : To draft, review, negotiate and provide all required support for agreements, documentation and queries raised from time to time by business and other stakeholders across various verticals and to ensure legal and regulatory compliance in the documentation/agreements and framework of the verticals. Accountabilities: 1. Tracking new updates from RBI and Preparing checklists for effective tracking and monitoring of Compliance requirements. 2. Working closely with Business team in implementing the above requirements and Preparation of MIS and trackers required for monitoring compliance. 3. Advisory to business team on compliance related matters 4. Overseeing the compliance aspects involved in partnership products of the Company. 5. Maintaining and tracking compliance checklist pertaining to new partner onboarding especially on Digital lending compliances 6. Negotiating and following up with Stakeholders on compliance related matters 7. Drafting of Policies/processes for the Company 8. Ensuring all compliances/checks at the time of new product launch. 9. Support in responding to RBI related queries/other correspondences. 10. Coordinating and ensuring support to Legal and Audit teams in compliance related matters. 11. Verify both legally and commercially that all agreements are carried out in the company's best interests. 12. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. - Industry/Company/functional exposure needed: BFSI. - Prior experience with a Legal department is preferable. Skills & Knowledge Requirements: - Ability to provide competent legal advice to senior management on a wide range of legal and policy issues. - Should have Good Investigation skills. - Should be good in Presentations & Negotiations. - Should have strong knowledge on legal Activities Qualifications & Work Experience: - Bachelor's degree in law - LLB - 4-5 years of relevant experience. - Experience in developing and implementing processes for efficient and streamlined operations surrounding contract negotiations and processes.
