Job Description:

Role: Bucket Head - Collections

Reporting to : Sr. Manager - Collections

Role Details:

- To achieve collection targets for the portfolio assigned.

- Coordinate with Collections Agencies for feedback on allocated cases - PAN India

- Managing In house team of Collection executives and driving desired targeted numbers for each bucket.

- Appointment and management of collections vendors PAN India

- Working closely with risk and analytics team for improvement in collections and underwriting.

- Coordination with all Bucket Heads for review of cases allocated to Collections Agency as well as In-house team members.

Experience and Education:

- Hand on experience in Managing a Tele Collections team.

- Past experience in unsecured collections for SME/Business Loans

- Influencing skills and stakeholder management

- Target Oriented person

- Should have good understanding of MS Office to prepare daily MIS & Reports
