Director - Risk Management/Supply Chain Finance

Responsibilities:

- Setup Risk framework/s and Polices for scaling up the Supply Chain Finance book.

- Create SOPs/Policies for all key processes and lending workflows.

- In-depth monitoring framework of the credit portfolio to identify risks and own policy changes.

- Ensure implementation of risk management policies and conduct training that may be required.

- Regular engagement with anchors to spot red flags, build water tight programs.

- Cohesive working with various internal stakeholders; Sales, BD, Operations, Compliance.

Candidate profile:

- CA/MBA (T1 & T2)

- Candidates working in Risk Advisory, Governance Risk & Compliance functions of large audit consultancy firms will be preferred.

- Comfortable in working in a fast evolving and agile environment.
