Client Account Manager - D2C

Reporting to: Associate Director

Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintaining a deep knowledge of Indifi's products and services.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Identifying clients' needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions.

- Providing clients with comprehensive consultations and guiding their decision-making process throughout the sales cycle.

- Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.

- Coordinating with Internal credit and operations team for delivering business numbers

Requirements and Qualifications :

- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in customer service, sales, business development

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Basic understanding of key financial metrics and lending products
