Associate Director - Strategic Partnerships & Alliances

Role:

Indifi is looking to hire great business development talent with a problem-solving mindset - smart, hungry, ownership-driven people looking to take responsibilities beyond their years of experience. The role involves identifying customer needs in different MSME segments (industry segments, customer segments, etc.), designing appropriate credit programs and scaling up the business (Role based out of Gurgaon)

Key Expectations:

- Farming & execution across some of Indifi's most strategic/ key accounts today

- Assessing potential new partnership opportunities in various segments

- Listening to the needs of the market and creating/ delivering high impact programs/ initiatives

- Seeking out opportunities to be a leader and doing everything one can to help the company achieve its larger objectives.
