Position Summary :
- Responsible for revenue generation & business growth of region with help of field sales managers & operation team.
- Formulate and implement action plan to achieve business Targets.
- Candidate should be completely aware of the real estate market with specific focus on the local market.
- Candidate should have a strong network among builders, Corporates & financial institutions within his geography of operations
- Candidate should have an instinctive bend to build & sustain healthy networks among builders and Corporates
- Candidate should be completely focused on meeting agreed upon targets
- Candidate should be strong in BTL marketing
- Candidate should possess a strong P&L understanding with a PCH business approach
- Strong operational knowledge of products and services we offer Property Transactions/home loans
- High level of integrity and ethics
- Possesses self-management skills
Key Objective of the Role :
- Regional Head is responsible for the building the transaction business in his region
- Build and hire a strong team of sales professionals
- Build strong and healthy relationships across different builder segments (A/B/C/D) for builders and customer segments (mid income to Ultra HNI class of clients)
- Build strong Corporate relationships to ensure smooth access to their employee base for targeted marketing strategies
- Deliver a minimum 5X ROI in his region
- Capture market leadership position in given region and retain it
- Proven ability to deliver high growth results over a long time period.
- Ensure all processes and documentation are followed diligently
- Own and resolve all customer queries, ensuring high CUSAT scores
- Front end ownership of brand health and saliency
- Strong team handling and leadership qualities
