Position Overview :

- Product Manager will be responsible for conceptualization, design, development and enhancement of India Property.

- He/ She will be anchoring the entire gamut of understanding the Customer Requirements, and develop products and services to fulfil the needs through Technology/ Internet based services.

- The incumbent should have a proven track record of web base/ eCommerce product development.

Key Result Areas :

- Work with a team of product executives, usability analysts, designers, copy/content writers.

- Business case development for new product opportunities and market entry strategies.

- Define product and segment specific research to understand the competitive landscape, customer segmentation, and customer satisfaction drivers.

- Define product marketing strategy and messaging including: out-of-box experience / on-boarding, user education / tips, feature nomenclature, in-product help / tutorial requirements, feature tours, etc.

- Partner closely with Technology, UED and Consumer Marketing to deliver against the in-product marketing strategy.

- Track consumer feedback, customer care, customer satisfaction, dashboards and metrics to measure success and engagement of new and existing features and functionalities.

- Owns end to end experience, Product strategy & roadmap, delivering specific measurable outcomes

- Mine insights from data / consumer interactions / feedback and identify potential opportunity / problems areas

- Manage the requirements / problem solving process and deliver well thought through PRDs and UI designs

- Manage internal stakeholders and ensure that there is complete transparency on the solution, process and set appropriate expectations

- Partner effectively with the Design, Technology and Quality assurance teams towards timely and quality delivery of products

- Manage Go To Market Product Marketing and communication

- Ensure follow through Learn, Test, Iterate cycles

- Monitor Key Performance Indicators and take appropriate action in case of deviation

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Given the complexity of the product and the profile of its customer base, the ideal candidate should come with strong expertise in understanding, building and delivering Internet based application and products.

The candidate should have :

- Track record of influencing the product development process through customer insights, and the ability to translate user needs into product requirements and marketing strategies.

- Proven success in a fast-paced, matrix work environment. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing and highly competitive industry.

- Direct experience launching consumer web-based products or services and managing product marketing strategy for those products.

- Strong analytical skills and passion for interpreting and translating quantitative and qualitative data into consumer insights.

- Excellent organizational, presentation and writing skills and ability to successfully interact across functions and at all levels of an organization.

- A deep desire to innovate and constantly stay on the cutting edge of marketing and technology.

Profile : Graduate/ Graduate Engineer or MBA with an overall exp of about 3 to 4 years in Product Development with a minimum experience of 1 year in online product/portal management.
