Job Highlights:

Serve as a single point of contact for employee queries,work with appropriate stake holders for resolution, ensure closure and enhance employee experience in the organization

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY :

Talent Acquisition :

- Develops the hiring strategy for the company in association with the Reporting Manager by providing inputs on job market trends.

- Responsible to achieve the defined hiring targets in terms of time, cost and quality for the assigned function.

- Explores new and cost-effective recruitment channels and execute the recruitment strategy through social media.

- Responsible for getting the hiring approval from concerned HoDs & Reporting Manager through Manpower Requisition Form.

- Maintains continuous communication with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and coordinates with them to ensure timely closure of vacant positions.

- Responsible for end to end execution of the recruitment process till on boarding of the candidate (MRF, job posting, screening, shortlisting, selection, offer negotiation, offer release and on boarding).

- Responsible for Process Compliance in Recruitment i.e. 100% completion of Interview process as per the guidelines.

- Coordinates with internal HR team to develop the Job Description and responsibilities for the new position.

- Develop a talent pool of both internal and external candidates through networking and relationship building.

Employee Relations and Employee Engagement :

- Serve as a single point of contact for employee queries, work with appropriate stake holders for resolution, ensure closure and enhance employee experience in the organization.

- Ensure HR transactions are executed, create process excellence and align with standard organization practices.

- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on all employee related matters including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, policies and benefits

- Track trends in employee concerns / behaviour and proactively address them.

- Ensuring that various sessions as per leadership connect programs happens on periodic basis. Gather feedback through various leadership connect forums to build effective solutions and design action plans to bridge the gaps.

- Maintaining updated organisation structure on regular basis.

Education: PG : Postgraduate in HR specialized field
